Choice Properties provides an online marketplace connecting renters with landlords in Nationwide. By using this platform, you agree to use it lawfully and not to misrepresent yourself or provide false information in any application.
A non-refundable application fee may be charged to process each rental application. The fee amount, if applicable, is determined by the individual property listing and will be clearly displayed before submission. This fee covers the cost of background and credit checks. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement or approval.
Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Listings are published immediately upon submission by landlords. Choice Properties reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that violate our policies, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of any specific property. Listings may be removed or updated at any time.
Choice Properties acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to any lease agreement. We are not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants, or for any damages arising from rental arrangements made through our platform.
