How do I apply for a property?
Click "Apply Now" on any listing. The secure online application takes about 15 minutes. You'll need ID, proof of income, and the application fee listed on the property (if applicable). Our leasing team contacts you after submission to arrange payment — nothing is charged upfront.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive email updates at every stage and can track your status anytime using your Application ID.
What do I need to qualify?
Generally: income of 3× monthly rent, no prior evictions, and a credit check. Specific requirements vary by property and landlord. Contact us if you have questions about your situation.
Is the application fee refundable?
Application fees cover background and credit checks and are non-refundable once submitted. The fee amount, if any, is shown on each property listing. Our leasing team contacts you within 24 hours of submission to coordinate payment — nothing is charged at the time of application.
How do I track my application?
Use the Application Tracker with your Application ID (emailed when you applied). You can also call or text us at support@choiceproperties.com.
Can I apply for multiple properties?
Yes. You may apply to multiple listings simultaneously. Each application requires a separate fee (as listed on each property) since each involves a separate background and credit check.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Look for the "Pets OK" badge on listing cards, or filter by "Pet Friendly" on the listings page. Contact us with specific questions about a property.
