What You'll Need

  • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Proof of income — pay stubs, offer letter, or bank statements
  • Employment information — employer name, contact, and duration
  • Rental history — previous addresses and landlord contact info
  • Two personal or professional references
  • Social Security Number (for credit/background check)

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee (the amount varies by property and is shown on each listing) covers your background and credit check. Our leasing team will contact you within 24 hours of submission to coordinate payment — nothing is charged at the time of application. Some properties have no application fee. Browsing and saving listings is always free.
